Patient Experiences

“Dr. Pliske and his staff took excellent care of my daughter before, during, and after her oral surgery. Dr. Pliske himself even called to check up on her the same evening of her surgery. The staff at South Central are wonderful caring people and we thank them all for the outstanding care they provide.”

Our office has always followed all OSHA, CDC, WHO and ADA protocols governing our health care facility. Staff have been vaccinated per protocol (hepatitis, flu) and have always been advised not to work if symptoms of illness are present.

All instruments are sterilized after use and all treatment areas are aseptically treated and wiped down. Each night common areas (waiting rooms, hallways, business offices, patient checkout, bathrooms) are aseptically treated.

We are now going above and beyond what is required to eradicate this COVID-19 viral pandemic by utilizing hospital-grade Ultraviolet C (UVC) light disinfection. This is not UVA or UVB light, which is known to be dangerous to our bodies/skin. The effectiveness of our UVC device has been proven through years of research in hospital environments and is the only device that is FDA approved.

We can control our office staff and environment but cannot control patient behavior patterns before entering our office. Therefore, we obtain personal medical histories and NOW obtain travel history for 30 days in order to minimize contact per CDC/WHO recommendations.
